I’m Roxanne—Clinical Psychologist, Board Approved Supervisor, and proud founder of Happy Brain Psychology.

I support early-career and registered psychologists through supervision that is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and values-driven. My approach is honest, collaborative, and grounded in real-world practice.

Whether you're refining diagnostic skills, navigating complex trauma, or deepening your understanding of neurodivergence, supervision with me is a space where you can grow with curiosity, courage, and clinical integrity.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

  • Master of Clinical Psychology – Australian Catholic University

  • Bachelor of Science (Honours in Psychology) – University of Queensland

  • Board Approved Supervisor (General Registration Pathway & Clinical Registrar Program)

  • EMDR Accredited Practitioner

  • 8+ years of clinical experience across school, home, inpatient & private practice settings

  • University Lecturer and Clinical Skills Educator

  • APS Member (MAPS)

  • Facilitator of neuroaffirmative and trauma-informed PD for allied health teams & corporate organisations

🌱 Supervision Style & Focus Areas

I provide group supervision that is reflective, skills-based, and aligned with your learning goals. I bring a down-to-earth, practical style—honest, warm, and infused with creativity, humour, and client-centred values.

  • Differential diagnosis of neurodevelopmental conditions and trauma presentations (including PTSD)

 Trauma & Neurodivergence

  • The intersection of trauma, identity, exclusion, and neurodivergence
     

  • EMDR for PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety and adjustment
     

  • Trauma therapy for bullying, discrimination, and developmental trauma
     

  • Supporting neurodivergent clients with lived experience of marginalisation
